At The Wilderness Fitness Institute, coaching is more than giving you a workout plan. It's about partnership, guidance, and personalized support every step of the way. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific goals, whether you're looking to build strength for those challenging mountain hunts, improve your endurance for long days in the field, or recover faster from your adventures.
We offer a more personalized experience with the "Fully Guided/Outfitted Camp." This membership provides direct coach access for feedback, encouragement, and accountability.
With our coaching program, you'll receive:

Our online coaching program is designed to provide structure, accountability, and personalized guidance, just like in-person training. We utilize video demonstrations, detailed feedback, and regular check-ins to ensure you're performing exercises correctly and progressing towards your goals. Many of our clients achieve outstanding results through our online program, and the progress doesn't stop when we've finished working together.
Our programs are designed to be adaptable to your available resources. While standard gym equipment is highly encouraged (home or gym membership), we can modify exercises to utilize minimal equipment and provide effective workouts regardless of your gym access.
Investing in your health and fitness is an investment in your ability to pursue your passion for hunting. Our program is designed to provide long-term value by improving your performance, preventing injuries, and extending your time in the wilderness. Safety is our top priority. Our coaches are rehab professionals who are experts in movement modification. We'll assess your abilities, address any prior injuries or limitations, and tailor exercises to your specific needs. We also emphasize proper form and technique before loading up with weight to minimize the risk of injury.
We understand hunting and working out is usually not our clients’ full time gigs. Our program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your lifestyle. We'll work with you to create a plan that fits your available time and helps you achieve your goals efficiently.
There is not a single company in the hunting industry doing what WiFI Physio is doing. The goal is for you to be taking the reins of your own health when we've finished working together. The programs you’ve encountered didn’t give you the tools to be successful on your own, year after year, which is why you're likely checking out this website. We're not about handing you workouts; we're about giving you the keys to your health and preparing you for a lifetime of driving fast in your "lane".
We offer a free consultation to discuss your goals, experience level, and preferences. We'll help you determine if you're a good fit for our program based off of your needs. The worst to come out of the call, you have clarity as to why your fitness goals haven’t been met. This starts with you, and your “why.” If your why isn’t deep enough, you’ll continue to waver in and out of exercise routines. We can “motivate” until we’re purple in the face, it won’t do a bit of good if your “why” isn’t there. We provide the ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability. Regular check-ins with your coach, access to our community forum, and personalized feedback all contribute to helping you stay committed and on track.
Absolutely not! We're committed to providing you with comprehensive support throughout your journey. You'll have access to your coach for questions, guidance, and feedback. We also offer community forums and resources to ensure you have the tools and support you need to succeed.
It's 100% based off of you and your needs. The program provides insights for cardio/strength, exercise technique, recovery enhancement, and injury prevention based off of what we all should be doing as humans. You'll have direct access to one-on-one coaching for custom movement and workout feedback.
While we cannot guarantee specific results (as individual effort plays a significant role), we are confident that our program will lead to significant improvements in your fitness and hunting performance. We encourage open communication with your coach, and we'll work with you to adjust your plan as needed to optimize your progress.
